Welcome to 2021 Festival of Trees!
We are excited to announce our 2021 Festival of Trees.  This year will again include the Christmas Tree Trail format with decorated trees located throughout Woodford County.  Trees are donated by local businesses and community members with proceeds supporting youth in the community.  More specifically, proceeds are distributed to Shop With A Cop and Young Life.

Last year's event was a big success and feedback was very favorable from sponsors, hosts and participants.  We want to build an even better event this year.  The Christmas Tree Trail starts November 13th and tree winners will be selected on December 10.  More details will be available in the coming weeks.  Please mark your calendars and tell friends and family of this great opportunity to celebrate the season while also supporting local youth. We're excited about this year's event and hope that you enjoy it!

Thanks to everyone that donated and purchased raffle tickets we were able to raise $7000.  That money will be shared by Shop With A Cop and Young Life Woodford County.  Thanks again for making this such a successful event.
Our Mission

The Woodford County Festival of Trees Mission is to support youth in the local community by raising funds that will then be distributed equally to two local charities/ministries.

The first beneficiary of funds is Young Life local area KY61 of Woodford County.

The second group is Shop With A Cop operated by local law enforcement personnel.

Our specific purpose is :
- to provide funds that allow Shop With A Cop to take under privileged youth from the local community shopping for clothing and toys during the Christmas season;

- to provide funds for Young Life Woodford County area KY61 that allow them to take youth toYoung Life summer camps as well as for general funds that allow them to operate the on-going ministry;

- to create public awareness of the two designated charities in order for the public to have a greater sense of how they serve youth in the community

The 2021 Woodford County Festival of Trees has been adjusted in style to accommodate for the current world pandemic.  As a result, there will not be a one day event.  Rather, trees will be on display throughout the community for folks to view and purchase raffle tickets for.  Tickets can be purchased on our website.

Setting up in this style is multipurpose.  There are many businesses in our community who are still counting on your foot traffic to keep their doors open.  Each tree host is one of those businesses.  We encourage you to check out the map and visit each one of our trees on display!
